1. Service Scope & Nature of Assistance

GCC GAMCA Medical operates as an independent facilitator assisting Pakistani candidates traveling to Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states (Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Sultanate of Oman) with online appointment booking, medical token generation, and report status tracking.

Disclaimer: We are an independent service provider and are not the official Gulf Health Council or government embassy. Official laboratory testing is conducted at accredited diagnostic medical centers across Pakistan according to GCC regulations.

2. Applicant Responsibilities & Accurate Information

When using our online booking services, the applicant warrants that:

• All personal details, passport numbers, dates of birth, and destination country selections match the original passport document with 100% accuracy.
• The applicant possesses a valid original passport with at least 6 months remaining validity.
• Accurate contact information (active WhatsApp number and Email) is provided for slip delivery.

3. Fees & Payment Processing

• The online appointment booking and facilitation fee is PKR 4,500 per candidate.
• Payment must be transferred via authorized payment methods (Meezan Bank, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or online gateway) with a valid transfer screenshot uploaded during form submission.
• Upon token generation, your official GAMCA slip will be processed and dispatched via WhatsApp and Email within 15 to 30 minutes during standard business hours.

4. Medical Center Assignment & Examination Rules

Under GCC Health Council rules, medical centers in your selected city (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Multan, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Quetta) are assigned automatically by the central system. Laboratory charges at the center are paid directly to the clinic during your physical check-up.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• If an appointment has not yet been processed or generated in the central database, a cancellation request can be submitted via our Slip Cancellation Desk.
• Once an official GAMCA token/slip has been generated and registered in the GCC central database with the assigned medical center, standard processing fees are non-refundable.
